Morgan Hill residents have a fully equipped clubhouse available for their use. This clubhouse includes:

Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is open from 5 a.m. to Midnight, seven days a week.  Please be sure to sign in and out and follow the rules as posted in the Fitness Center. Please wipe down the equipment, after you use it, with the germicidal wipes that are provided.

POOL

The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day from 10 AM to 8 PM 7 days a week. Please follow the instructions of the Lifeguard/Pool Manager while in the pool area. If you wish, please ask the Lifeguard for the the book that contains the Rules and Regulations concerning the pool. Your attention is especially directed to the rules of the National Lightning Association which governs the closure of the Pool in the event of dangerous lightning.

You may bring your own food and beverages or the snack bar, operated by Vintage Restaurant, provides a limited menu of food and drink.

Note that the pool deck is always open for your use even when the pool is closed. This is a great place to have your morning coffee or watch the sunset on Morgan Hill.

There is a barbecue grill on the pool deck which is available for your use.

For your safety, please do not use the pool when the lifeguard is not present. Violating this rule will result in permanent revocation of your clubhouse privileges.

All Purpose Room

This room is open from 5:00a.m. to 12 Midnight. Monday through Friday and weekends, by appointment, for your use. This is an ideal place for a few people to play cards, watch TV or just relax with good book and enjoy the great view. There is always no charge when the room is used exclusively by Association members. There is a complete kitchen available.Since there are many Community activities and events please check the events calendar to ascertain when this room is in use.

The room is available for use by Association members for parties and other gathering. Reservations for this room can be requested by completing the Facility Reservation Request  located in the Documents section of this Website (or click here for access). The request then should be provided to the Community Manager (David O'Connell) for scheduling. If there are other questions please contact David for clarification.There is never a charge when the room is used exclusively by Community residents.
